How do I get help remotely?

This guide will help you get connected to IT Support when working remotely.
If you have connected with us before and still have the Remote Support app, skip ahead to step 6.

  1. Navigate to https://help.pebblelabs.com/
  2. Click [Download Remote Support]
  3. Locate and open [Pebble IT Support-macos64-online.dmg] (It's the file you downloaded)
  4. Instead of dragging [Remote Support] to Applications, drag it to your desktop

  5. Eject [Support] drive

  6. Open the [Remote Support] app and select [Open] if prompted.

  7. Our disclaimer mainly applies to byod devices. If you agree, click [Accept]
  8. If you have a ticket number, place your ticket number in the description. Input your Name and description to help us in tracking our support with you.
  9. Once complete, click [Continue]
  10. An accessibility pop-up will trigger. DO NOT click Deny as it will end your session.
