How do I update my company signature?

Your company signature is stored on gmail.com. To modify or access your signature to update it or copy it out into another email program you'll first need to log in to gmail.com and get to the signature page by following these instructions.
The template for these signatures can also be copied from here.
To modify the phone number, you'll need to highlight the link from a computer. Once highlighted you'll need to [command]+k for MacOS or [ctrl]+k for Windows. This will allow you to edit the hyperlink. If your phone number is (505) 555-4444 the link should be tel:5055554444. Note how you have to leave out the (,),-," " characters.
